LA PALESTRA Ariel is located on Manhattan's Upper East Side. This 7,000 square foot facility was designed by LA PALESTRA Management Group (LPMG) in conjunction with Extell Development Company. LA PALESTRA Ariel offers state-of-the-art aerobic and strength training equipment with additional amenities, including a four lane lap pool with skylight, beautiful wood floor yoga and Pilates' room, massage/treatment rooms, spacious locker filled changing rooms, lounge area with Wi-Fi availability, cafe, library, and access to a children's playroom.

LPMG manages a variety of programs within this facility, which are not limited to the following: Personal training, diagnostic health evaluations and prescriptions, medical evaluations, LA PALESTRA Kids programs, private yoga and Pilates, adult and adolescent aquatics, nutrition sessions, behavioral counseling, lectures/seminars, event training, massage therapy, and daily classes.
