LA PALESTRA Lucida is a newly-constructed LEED certified building on Manhattan's Upper East Side. This 4,400 square foot facility, situated on the fifth floor of the Lucida building, was designed by LA PALESTRA Management Group (LPMG) in conjunction with Extell Development Company. LA PALESTRA Lucida offers state-of-the-art aerobic and strength training equipment with additional amenities, including a three lane lap pool, yoga room, massage/treatment rooms, sauna room, steam rooms, and changing rooms.

LPMG manages a variety of programs within this facility, are not limited to the following: Personal training, diagnostic health evaluations and prescriptions, medical evaluations, LA PALESTRA Kids programs, private yoga and Pilates, adult and adolescent aquatics, nutrition sessions, behavioral counseling, lectures/seminars, event training, massage therapy, and daily classes.
