LA PALESTRA The Rushmore is an extraordinary 6,000 square foot fitness, spa, and wellness facility, situated on the ground floor of the Rushmore.  This Italian styled facility is lined with photographs and was designed by LA PALESTRA Management Group (LPMG) in conjunction with Extell Development Company.  LA PALESTRA The Rushmore offers state-of-the-art aerobic and strength training equipment with amenities, including a fifty foot, three lane lap pool, yoga and Pilates area, massage/treatments rooms, and changing rooms. Separate locker rooms provide clients with a personal electronic code locker system, steam room, and spacious showers offering Louis Licari products. This facility also has a client lounge with Wi-Fi availability.

LPMG manages a variety of programs within this facility, which are not limited to the following: Personal training, diagnostic health evaluations and prescriptions, medical evaluations, LA PALESTRA Kids programs, private yoga and Pilates, adult and adolescent aquatics, nutrition sessions, behavioral counseling, lectures/seminars, event training, massage therapy, and daily classes.
