A 9 week, 3 phase training protocol designed to increase overall volume of aerobic and muscular endurance work. The objectives of the concurrent protocols are to utilize training to improve emotional status, address and maintain systemic functionality, speed recovery, and avoid compensation patterns. Concurrent protocols are used concurrent to physical therapy treatment, and do not directly address the afflicted structure/joint. There are 9 concurrent exercise prescriptions, which are designed to address the rest of the body as a system. They are: neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, spine, hip, knee, ankle, and bone.
