LA PALESTRA offers a full service massage therapy program, which incorporates different modalities to maximize treatment. All scheduling may be done through the LA PALESTRA front desk. A massage therapist will be notified once the appointment request is made. Clients have the option of a sixty-minute or a ninety-minute massage.  We request that each client shower prior to his or her massage. It is our pleasure to provide towels and robes for your use. We encourage clients to schedule early in advance, as you are more likely to secure the time and requested therapist.
